Bus times are: Morning departure at 8:20 am and afternoon return time at 4:30 pm.
An additional fee of $100 a week will be charged for the transportation service.
The JCCSN makes every effort to ensure that children are not denied enrollment in summer camp due to the inability of the family to pay the full fee. Funded in part by a grant from Jewish Nevada and by JCCSN fundraising efforts. Financial assistance is available for those families in need. A Confidential Financial Assistance Request Form must be filled out and can be requested by email or phone and can be found on our website. Please note the deadline for Financial Assistance is April 1, 2017. All requests for financial assistance will be reviewed and families will receive a letter explaining what financial assistance we can provide by May 2, 2017.

Safety and JCC Staff Training
A camp program is only as good as its staff, so we recruit counselors who inspire our campers by serving as personal coaches, supporters and role models. All counselors participate in a comprehensive, rigorous orientation and in-service training program designed to help them be the best they can be. Our program director, unit leaders, head counselors and specialists are professional educators who continually mentor and supervise counselors and serve as a direct parent liaison, available for consultation upon your request. All staff are required to pass a National Criminal History background check and must be trained and certified in CPR and First Aid.
